1. Acceptance

PayZone website ya customer services use karne par aap in terms ko accept karte hain.

2. Customer account

Customer account mobile OTP, optional KYC and internal risk checks ke baad active hota hai.

  • Accurate name, mobile, KYC and payment details dena zaroori hai.
  • Account credentials secure rakhna customer ki responsibility hai.
  • Suspicious activity par services temporarily hold ho sakti hain.

3. Wallet and transactions

Wallet balance service payments ke liye use hota hai. Successful transactions normally final hote hain, unless service provider reversal confirms.

4. Service availability

Recharge, BBPS, AePS, money transfer and other services provider networks par depend karte hain. Maintenance, operator downtime ya compliance review ke dauran service impact ho sakta hai.

5. Charges and receipts

Applicable operator, biller, bank or payment provider charges payment se pehle show kiye ja sakte hain. Dashboard ledger customer ke payments, refunds and receipts ka working record hai.

6. Misuse

Fraud, chargeback abuse, incorrect KYC, customer deception, prohibited transactions ya illegal activity account restriction ka reason ban sakti hai.

7. Changes

PayZone terms, pricing, service rules and support processes ko update kar sakta hai. Material updates website ya account notice ke through share kiye ja sakte hain.
