1. Successful transactions
Successful mobile recharge, DTH recharge, bill payment or money transfer generally non-cancellable and non-refundable hote hain.
2. Failed transactions
Agar wallet debit hua aur provider ne transaction failed mark kiya, eligible amount reversal wallet ledger me process hota hai.
3. Pending transactions
Pending status me final success/failure response ka wait hota hai. Customer ko duplicate transaction karne se pehle status confirm karna chahiye.
4. Wrong details
Wrong mobile number, biller ID, account number or beneficiary detail customer input error maana ja sakta hai. Successful processing ke baad refund guaranteed nahi hota.
5. Timelines
Most eligible reversals same day se 3 working days ke beech reflect ho sakte hain. Bank/biller payment cases me longer timeline lag sakti hai.
6. Escalation
Transaction ID, screenshot, customer detail and amount ke saath support ticket raise karein for review.
